Company History

Pavkov Contracting was established in 1994 by Vince Pavkov, graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. Mr. Pavkov founded Pavkov Contracting  primarily performing civil, concrete and landscape construction for the US Air Force, Shaw AFB, SC (Sumter) where he continues to operate today. 

Mark Pavkov has been key to the success of Pavkov Contracting in his vast knowledge of civil, architectural, marine and historical construction renovations and over 30 years experience in Federal Government contracting. He consistently provides our company with excellence in project management performance, timeliness and quality.

Pavkov Contracting has completed projects for the Federal Government as well as United Parcel Service, Bosch, Exide, and Interlake. Pavkov Contracting received the 437th Air Wing Command Medallion for Outstanding Project Management & Quality.

A few of our projects also include Fort Ninety-Six Historical Site, Constructing USCG Pre-Cast Concrete Bulkhead in Ft. Myers and Replaing Steel Sheetpile Bulkhead Pier D-S USCG Key West, FL, also included renovations of concrete bulkhead, rebuilding of finger piers and boat docks.
